Rattlesnake Missioning/Epic Arc

Hi everyone

I am looking for information about the rattlesnake. I heard that they are one of the ship able to solo the 4 epic arcs,and are not too bad at mission running. Confirmation on that point would be appreciated. Also, Wanted to hear about the new drone AI aggro mechanics and if they would ruin a rattlesnake dps ( won't be afk) and if i will have to recall the drone every 10sec.

Also, if you got a good basic skillset i should look into, it would be very welcome. Priority would be for the epic arcs, since the sooneri can do them the better.

As far as being defensive, it's pretty good. Better than a Tengu in some cases, with it's unholy shield regen speeds. If you have an alt to back you up in a Mach or something that can deal damage, it's great for the arc.

If you are going to take it alone, it will be rather slow but safe.

Sounds my speed, i don't wanna rush, i jsut want something that can reliably do well enough. Should i concentrate first on tanking or on sentries? Are tier 2 rigs really necessary? Am i better with BCU or with drone dmg mods ?

Certainly use DDAs, you only have four pretty much unbonused launchers that used to be good for drawing aggro, but come Retribution will be almost useless. T2 rigs, assuming shield purgers, aren't required but provide much higher regen. You should have a mix of lights, mediums, heavies and lots of sentries for dealing with rats of all sizes.
