GMs isk bat strike again

why the hell did the GM's seem to think that transfering my isk that I have from selling plexes to one or two of my OWN alts feel the need to take the isk and call it buying isk from a site when all I bought was a couple of plexes from a legal reseller and then call it an EULA breach when i have not done anything wrong

Are you buying Eve Time Codes and then converting them into Plex?

If not, then yes, it's a EULA breach as no official resellers sell plex directly and this can only be purchased through account management within the Eve Account Manager.

There is no legal Plex reseller other than CCP, you just got your real cash scam by some jerk, probably in game and sent you there, and the worst of it is that now you are as good as him for the ban stick.

Now if you're talking about Game Time Card (GTC) it's a different story but I think my first comment is valid.

eve has a page with a list of legal resellers
they are legit, i used them myself

Those are Time Codes. You can buy those and use them for a PLEX, but nobody sells PLEX directly for money except CCP. That is what the person you quoted was referring to; if the OP bought a PLEX for money, it was an illegal transaction.
