I turn on the game at 10 pm my time (GMT -5). I see 19,000 people on. I remember that two years ago that number was over double. I check my mails and notifications. Forty-three new corporations going through Dec Shield. The target of the one legitimate war I declared has disbanded and reformed under a similar name about sixteen hours before fighting could start. I check my lowbie FW alt. Nineteen people in militia chat. Okay.

I turn off the game, and go play something on Steam instead.

I wrote some true EVE stories! And no, they're not of the generic "my 0.0 alliance had lots of 0.0 fleets and took a lot of 0.0 space" sort. Check them out here:

Log on, look around, see nothing interesting, update skills, log off.

Game died years ago, now just same people with more accounts.

Until they make EVE Online 2 it will just become more stale and old by each day and if it were not for PLEX the user base would be less than half what it is now, maybe even less and PLEX income to sub is so important that you blue with every one because if I don't make that PLEX then I do not play this game.

In the meantime, Chivalry, chop chop chop.

I don't like the eve is dying threads but this i can agree with .Maybe not half the subs but sure as hell over 30% of accounts would fall out.I have 5 accs wich pay for themselves with ease but if i would have to pay in cash again -wich i did btw till 2 years ago- at least 4 would be unsubbed , and then i'm being generous in thinking i'd keep this account alive.


Regarding the OP : yup posting has become less and less.GD is just a pit of 'whelp' threads mostly ever since the WIS debacle.CAOD , well don't need to tell you why that is ... it's in the state null itself is so quite easy there.

If you want activity then crime and punishment , science and industry and newb whelp forums are the best ones i think in regards to activity and threads on their own.

We are all born ignorant, but one must work hard to remain stupid.
