I am looking to make this "bulk" order for the hulls only. The items must be in some lowsec system, hopefully a usually empty one.

Order is not time sensitive, so if you want to manufacture everything you can. Please send your price estimates to Neo Gabriel in game. Lowest offer will be the one taken.

PS: I am hoping for prices under 1.6 bil for the hulls.

If you want to get rid of yours, fully fitted, I will consider, as long as the hull base price is reasonable.
