This announcement said the dt at 2012-11-21T1100 _will_ be extended. This is being said at 2012-11-21T14:06:02Z. Same timezones on both timestamps.

Am I missing something here? :)

Thursday is the 22nd, so it's a simple typing error & not refering to an upcoming past event. Let us speak no further of this lest it create a tear in the fabric of the space-time continuum.
