Bubbles are not powerful enough

Think about the ONLY positive points about bubbles:

Infinite Strength

Infinite Capacitor

Greater Than Battleship HP
. . Tech I --- 220k . .
. . Tech II ---216k . .
. . Faction --- 330k . .

23.5/ Hours a Day 7 days a week AFK PvP


Bubbles need something more, some kind of damage over time effect, say 10 damage per second per tier of bubble.

Small T1 Bubble = 10 dps
Small T2 Bubble = 20 dps
Small Faction Bubble = 30 dps
Medium T1 Bubble = 40 dps
Medium T2 Bubble = 50 dps
Medium Faction Bubble = 60 DPS
Large T1 Bubble = 70 DPS
Large T2 Bubble = 80 DPS
Large Faction Bubble = 90 DPS

This would allow bubbles to perform an Anti-Blob role.

Additionally EWAR Bubbles would be cool

ECM - Jams you for 1 second every 5 seconds.
Tracking Disruptor - 20% shorter range, 20% less tracking
Sensor Damp - 20% less range, 20% slower lock
Neutralizer - 20% cap removed per 5 seconds
Target Painter - Signature increased by 20%
Stasis Webifier - Speed reduced by 20%

Additionally, it would be nice to see Tech 3 bubbles with more advanced features.

Very bad trolling.

Highsec is owned by players now. Systems 0.5-1.0 are New Order Territory. All miners and other residents of Highsec must obey The Code. Mining without a permit is dangerous and harmful to the EVE community. See www.MinerBumping.com
