WTB Website/KB with TS3 integration and an SRP SYSTEM

Dumbfounded that hours of googling have not been able to find what I want!

I have my own hosting and admin/domain, I dont want anyone to host it for me/packages or anything like that

What im looking for is the template/design/files for a working site like this I can give to our admin to get uploaded and running on our site. There have been so many i've used in the past in other alliances i've been a member of, but the only public/free software I can find is eve-bb which just doesnt cut it as it has no SRP module/function (other than that - pretty much perfect though)

WTB:

-Website/forums that have a registration process tied to an API check
-Ts3 integration so TS3 is only accessible whilst in the corp/alliance/allowed list (similar to how eve-bb works)
-Killboard
-Has SRP functionality for a ship replacement program to be managed through the forum (as much as possible)
