Serpentis Phi Outpost Loot Changes?

I used to do these all the time and the payout was in the hundreds of millions. When there was only 20 mil in loot, then I would salvage the Operator and he would give me about 50 more mil.

Sooo... the last 12 Serpentis Phi Outposts that I have done have revealled zip. I've only gotten Personal Effects, or salvage. Have they been changed? Is it because I am running high sec versions of the site?

Now, I understand the "site loot is random" argument..... but I'm arguing that it should be random yet similar. They are alot of work to find with all the competition, having to go get a ship that can run it, and then actually running it. So having loot vary from 0 to 200 million makes no sense.

I understand that, as I said above. I just thin there should be less of a variance.

I have your contract right here you sold your soul only for 12 good drops, not all Phi Outposts you can find till the rest of your life.
Next time read small letters at the bottom of the page.

this game is risk and reward, highsec exploration risk is flying home emptyhanded, something very very minor in my opinion.

This site occurs more often in lowsec. Does that mean the rewards of running the same site in lowsec are greater?

I seriously doubt it occurs more often in low than in high, but its run far more often in high. The site is the same however, so you got to think over if the same risk is worth it in low as in high.

You know I am really saying this about all sites. There should not be a chance of nothing happening. Wasting a players time is not a recipe for fun....... and I am guessing that CCP wants their game to be fun. It already takes me about 1-2 hours to find one of these sites.. and the possibility that it has already been taken, or is going to be taken when I leave to get my Gila to run it.

When it's finished, to get nothing.... is just wrong. I should have been doing FW missions in my Nemesis.

Exploration isn't for you. Try something else.

Oh, and OPE is not "nothing", even if it isn't what you wanted.

I think that, every character should have a Karma Meter. Every time you get bad drops from a site, it will fill the meter up. Once the meter is full, the next site you run should give you lots of good loot. And if you have a high CHA stat, you should get a bonus to how fast the meter fills up.

This is the 4/10 right?

I used to run these A LOT last year with an Ishtar, 1 in every 2 would drop a corelum C type mwd worth 130mil.

Not had one in the last dozen or so I have ran.
