Highlights:
Arrow Can pilot Chimera and Wyvern
Arrow Fighters 4
Arrow Jump Drive Calibration and Jump Fuel Conservation 4
Arrow Capital Shield Tank and T2 Shield Hardeners
Arrow Leadership 5
Arrow Cloaking 4

At worst, this character makes a great Wyvern sitter that won't offline any mods.

While this toon is definitely not a full fledged carrier/super pilot, it is an AMAZING starting pilot. Whether you want to train for a triage chimera, ratting chimera, or wyvern.

Heh, fair enough. I have updated the post to make it more clear, but I meant that I can fit a capital shield booster as well as use t2 shield hardeners and such.
