Looks like desync bug, you're going to have to suck it up, logs will show nothing and CCP as per policy do not consider video or screenshots as valid "evidence".

I've lost a carrier to a desync bug myself so I talk from experience, I tried to petition it at the time. (2+ years ago)

Last time I was desynched I lost an Absolution. I happened to be FRAPSing at the time and petitioned it with a link to a video which got me reimbursed.

Logs may show nothing but if you can provide your own proof then they're generally quite accomodating to be fair, so I say petition it with screenshot and you never know :)
