Hey,

I intend to use Rocket Launchers for my Vengeance but I was wondering what kind of ammo I want if saying money isn't an issue. Would Dread Gurristas Rockets be the best for me?

If money isn't an issue use DG missiles but the tiny DPS increase is barely worth it over Caldari Navy rockets, or just t2 ones.

Also INB4 Ships & Modules

Now, more than ever, we need a dislike button.

Caldari Navy or T2. I rarely use T2 Rage rockets because they increase your sig radius(wtf is that about?). Faction rockets also do more damage if your target is moving faster than... 350 m/s I belive(?)

I usually keep some of each damage type of Caldari Navy rockets, with an emphasis on Inferno ones. I keep the Infernos loaded, and switch to the appropriate type for whatever I'm fighting, if I have time.

Rages give a small damage boost, but it only truly works against ships of destroyer/cruiser size and larger. Javelins are typically not worth it. Vengeance doesn't have enough range anyway, and you don't want it to be even slower.

Posting to reduce the percentage of eyeware in the thread.

Also, rage rockets will no longer increase sig after Dec 4. They'll also benefit from GMP. In other words, they'll be well worth considering.

Thermal is a good choice to load by default, since very few loadouts will tank specifically against it. Shield fits tend to patch EM with a rig and then fit invulns, so thermal stays lowest. Armor fits have higher EM and thermal resists, but the thermal is marginal, and again, not specifically covered. Of course T2/3 resists throw a wrench in all of this, so carry a few reload of each type. Selectable damage type is only an advantage if you use it.

Does this apply to torps too?

Yes. GMP will apply to all missiles, as will rigor rigs.

Yes, T2 can be difficult to find a hole. Very easy to get >90% across the board on an Onyx for example.

Does anyone know if the missile mid-slot modules are still being released? The missile tracking computer equivalent?

Its not a new module, just making tracking enhancers and computers work with missiles and its not being released yet.

Lol, nevermind, those Dread Gurristas are too expensive, I really thought at first that you could get a whole ammo pack for that price but it's only per unit.

Guess I'll stick with the regular ones.

For now use Faction on AB frigs and Rage on scrammed MWD frigs

After retribution if you have good skills you can use Rage on slower webbed AB frigs as well.

3 races of the 4 have a T2 resist against thermal - 2 for kinetic - 1 for explosive and 1 for EM.

Generall Speaking and EM and EXP are the best, imo.
