Passing along an idea here.

I find it a bit curious that we're thousands of years into the future but we're still confined by quite strict gender roles. Men are men, women are women, and some people are... eh... don't knowSmile But on the other hand there's a lot of strong women in leading roles in the world of New Eden. Not only players but former Minmatar prime minister Karin Midular, and of course, Jamyl Sarum. So there shouldn't really be anything weird about a man applying some kind of female attributes. we have it in many different places of Earth history. We have it in Britain during the Elizabethan Era and a couple of hundred years later in France. And looking at the Amarrians it looks like quite some of them could use some rouge on those pale cheek bones.

I know some people ask for clothes in this manner but I do understand that is quite some work to do to make different clothes fit different body shapes and so on. But something that should be quite easy is to apply more female makeup to male characters.

tl;dr female makeup on male characters

I have been around since Beta, and over the course of years i have noticed that CCP has put great efforts into implementing all the sub races so that any player regardless of their racial background could if wanted to, create a digital version version of their self.

However there are still individuals out there the open world that look upon themselves as "something" else or different if you may when it comes to gender orientation. The phenomena called "androgynous" for example is quite common nowadays both in males and females at least in the country i reside.

I personally know tons of guys in my own community that wears makeup on a daily basis so for me it is just as natural as anything else.

It would be interesting to see if CCP would take this matter into suggestion since i personally gotten to know a handful of transgender and other gender oriented players in the Eve universe. They are out there maybe not in high numbers but still..

Eve Universe should be a place for everyone.. regardless of orientation or cultural beliefs

I sanction this aswell. In life i consider myself a punk when it comes to clothing style and appereance, and in my community which i also have alot of friends currently playing Eve consists of a blend of Goths, Cyberpunks and Alternetes in general. And to us dramatic makeup comes with the style, it is a part of our given identity and is considered just as natural to us as breathing air is to most

So CCP i really see no problem with this feature to be implemented by one of your Dev's The feature is there allready so please let us use it freely Big smile

I'll throw my support into this as well. While I'm not a person who fit into this category, I do support those who are.

If anything it would allow us to customize our characters even more which is always welcomed. I think that even people who doesn't consider themselves "androgynous" would enjoy this addition.

Some eyeshadow can really alter the look, and feel, of a character without making them feminine.

I support this service. Maybe if they're not too scared they could implement male make-up to females.

Bet you would like that Big smile

I cannot say i do not! know quite a few players who would surely don't mind that for their toons either.

But seriously though i don't see a problem with more facial options tbh. Howver if this thread is going to slide over to clothing and asseccories aswell i wouldn't mind a pair of pink socks for my toon
