hey guys (and girls :)) i have a number of dog tags in my collection, where do i take them or what do i do with them?

You can exhange them for various items in the LP store, or you can sell them to other players. Single item may require a few or several different dog tags, and many of each type, so I personally suggest selling them to others. Tags from higher lvl missions (lvl 4) can be quite valuable.

you can also turn them it to agents at various data centers for a small status boost

As mentioned above you can use them to help purchase items in the LP store.

They can also be handed in at Data Centers for Faction Standings, more information in this link

CCP also said at FanFest they are thinking of implimenting the option to trade tags for security status increases in the future.

thanks for the info guys, i did look in the lp store and i have credits in there, from missioning i guess, didnt see an option to add the tags but ill look later when i get on.

In this case, at least for Guristas tags, I think it's the low-end ones that are more valuable because they're rare (and not farmable as I understand it). Look particularly for Brass and Bronze ones, and also Silver and Copper, whereas ones like Gold and Diamond aren't worth millions each.

I don't know what the value of non-Guristas tags are, but the Guristas ones are used for the Caldari Data Centers.
