PART 1

Feel free to research this ......

Subject - Theft of dominix Spud RR 4-2 meta fit in system J235759

Nice picture of J235759

The WH operstion was initiated by myself and organised by the CEO's of three corporations (inc my own) called TP WH Conglomerate. I still do not know what "TP" actually meant as the meaning was lost in the small hours of some random night. However the name stuck.

The conglomerate comprised of 3 corps -
Rising Thunder
Viral Pandemic
Corfforedig Du a McQ
(my own)

Background

Recruiting whole corporations seemed and interesting challenge as I did not want talk people, I wanted action people.
Several methods were tried.

Viral Pandemic -

I recruited viral pandemic by wardeccing them.
They were living in Ignebaener at the time. This is dominated by the level 4 misson agents with a locator option also in system.
The war was good fun as my corp mate and I placed all corp alts in same low sec sys then watched them pile in reliably the next day as the local pirates got wind of some juicy targets to throw their way. Needless to say Viral did not return to the low sec location.
Then I got camped in station in my home system of Apanake which subsequently reversed scenario and ended up with a megathron having to keep docking up because of myself rather than vice versa.
I ended up camping with 2-3 alts in Ignebaener itself.
CORFF got some easy kills with fast and cheap gear and called it a day after a nice chat with the C.E.O. of Viral Pandemic via TS3. I liked their gung-ho attitude. They pile in well and like the in your face dps method which is nice in some applications.
Kind of suicidal when it comes to traps though

What I did not know was that in the 3 hours (!) I spent talking on TS3 with the CEO of Viral Pandemic, 8 of his members left out of frustration of not getting a direct fight from me; leaving for RvB and NPC corps. I never did find this out until I was actually IN the target WH a short time later at which point resources were already commited....

Rising Thunder -

This corporation was from a previous alliance that dissolved through total none communication across the group
They were wardecced for several weeks by the Interstellar Hobos alliance (Gonditsa based) during a low sec project.
They have a strong group sense, friendly and technically minded but not necessarily experienced across the whole group but have some very good members.

The Finding of J235759

So anyway got the group together, got a common chat channel for us , and set up a mailing list to break the time zone problem.
As a group scouted out several systems and found a nice C2. J235759 had been found and we wanted it for us :)
Commonly used chat channels by CORFF at time in question

There was 3 towers in there already -
1 offline (abandoned)
1 belonging to the corporation named "here we go" (Heavily fortified, Australian TZ corporation)
1 belonging to the corporation named "Psychonautics"
It was going to be a tower bash job....

Here We Go !

A couple of players sorted out intel nicely and producing some good scouting reults so we took the system with a coordinated action of a wardec versus "here we go" and a simultaneous assault on the psychonautics tower.
I attacked the Psychonautics tower solo to get things started. It was a laugh to get things motivated at first as feet were dragging at this point.

So we took on the tower and despite 3 corps there was too many people in high sec or generally not around, but anyhows a few players started to drift in via the low sec in and started bashing, but as it was dribbles of fleet members drifting in from the other 2 corporations there was never enough people to actually really damage the tower or reinforce it. Also the EU time zone was rather under-represented.

After the first bash the tower was reppered up and some basic guns were actually added by the Psychos. The tower was actually attacked 4 times in the opening days in all resulting in all guns/scrams/etc being incapacitated, but that's about it....
Some good fleet work was done considering our loose arrangement as a conglomerate.

A week passed by.....
I sent mail via the mailing list for the groups in this time period informing of the basics needed to take down the Psycho tower, 8 battleships and a few hours, is not really asking for much from between us all.....
.... considering the assets that the corporations on our conglomerate had put into this already !

3 towers had been set up by our groups.....
Large Amarr (3rd tower setup) - Rising Thunder (you pay for the fuel not I !)
Medium Caldari (initial tower) - Viral Pandemic
Medium Caldari (2nd tower setup) - CORFF

Practical ???!

A select few individuals came in from the group, treated the system like a low sec ratting system; leaving for the nearest low sec station at the end of the day. This may seem reasonable to many, though as the entrance/exit to the wormhole changes daily due the wormhole mechanics. This also leaves 3 towers with muggins here on the EU time-zone on overwatch solo.

I sent a mail - It was apparent that the Psychonautics were going to prepare for another assault. I would as well if my enemy stopped attacking........
"here we go" corp had pulled out their tower in a nice co-operative action with the Psycho bunch using the time-zone hole in our activity. This made things more simpler for us as a group in military terms.

PART 2

Then the enemy assault began against Viral Pandemic tower.
This was reported to the conglomerate.

Next day

So one tower went into reinforced and muggins here had a corp-mate telling me that because our tower was not actually attacked that we are not in immediate danger.
This did not go down well with me as it was a little beside the point......

So I asked myself why I should look after the assets of others when clearly they dont value them.
Still the evemails went unanswered
This reduced me to the role of system caretaker for the PvE convenience-on-demand for the benefit of other "friendlies".

The factors together conversely infered that my own tower was about as defended as the amount of time I can be online myself.
The enemy towers were still there after two weeks and despite having the logistics to hand it was too much to ask for a get together of sufficient time and DPS assets from my own conglomerate associates to correct this as was being demostrated to me in action.
Thus I faced the decision of getting my own assets out or waiting to see if my corp mates theory on enemy intent was correct...

Anyhow, i thought some chivalry would be in hand and a promise is a promise so i went to rep the other tower (Viral Pandemic) as the CEO had had to leave IRL and had politely asked me to overwatch his tower on the interim time period. I agreed.
This made about two weeks of late nights for me so far and the repping went into morning hours
However, in that time I DID manage to get two barely started new eve players to come help from a third party corporation who were more help than the entire associate members of the conglomerate.

As the WH was giving RR bonus and with skill restrictions through time availalble we were using spud RR (domi + 4-2 rep) as the mainstay logistics.
I had a pair a T2 fitted 4-2 domi and one was lost during a chain collapsing operation in efforts to find a considerably more friendly area than the one we were linked to on that particular day.
Therefore I requested while I was repping the tower and helping the Mr Thread Writer to get his own corporations ships out (successfuly) for the single domi-logi they had to make a pair up for my own tower (as a single is ineffective for PvP operations and general survival probabilities given that they are cap dependent as a pair).

However, when the "RvB" stand-in FC for the Viral Pandemic corp came online (at my ridiculous o'clock time) and after a Rising Thunder member had pointlessly thrown away an asset which i had asked NOT to be bought in; I was frozen out from being told what was going on (additional to the intel black hole I had already)
I was already annoyed long before this time and tired after operating several characters, and FC'ing, and chasing after people that found it hard to reply to an evemail.

What to do ?!?

So -
I had an RvB FC on viral pandemic freezing me out (under rather strange circumstances)
A corp mate with suicidal intel analysis tendancies
No intel evemail responses from my own group
Tiredness after repping viral tower all night and two weeks of late nights
Responsibility to FC
A large amount of unknown enemy in system
A situation to decide on ASAP

This was not a hard decision to make...

So on wearily awakening to a fresh EU TZ day to the Viral Pandemic tower coming under fire I packed up my tower into haulers, got some ships out, lost ships trying to get out and destroyed the rest myself rather than give the enemy free ships or easy kills.

This included the Viral Pandemics dominix
SO TOUGH LUCK

To: Amann Nig'ra,

No
Dont ask for anything else from me again

To his credit he did ask politely

Currently

I am and have been available available for wardec or ganking for as long as this whole episode has gone on for.
It must have been very brave and scary indeed for Mr Thread Writer to set up cans labelling this character a thief in Apanake system........
I am still logged off in J235759 with my tower and have more respect for my rival than I do for my previous associates. I will stay there for as long as I wish and have neither plans to leave nor to attack.
To date I have never been in contact with the Viral Pandemic CEO on TS3 (....), nor in chat, since he left IRL (...).
Several people may believe they have been blocked out of hand and they may be correct in this perspective. However, under the circunstances, the amount of unknowns, and a certain other scary factor this is not going to change.
I have no issues with Mr Thread Writer

Side Note - Anyone that uses my email (not evemail) address as a means for a harrassment through manipulation and abuse of trust I think of as scum. I will respond appropriately.

So much more evidence on the side of the defense than on that of the accuser, however it does support the theory of theft.

Due to the nature of the contract not including a clause for "intact vessel," I fine the defense 3 metal scraps, to be paid to the plaintiff via contract. Court fees rests on the plaintiff for bringing this ridiculous matter to court.

Seems to be a fairly well of corp. my fee was to high for him and it was well under 1bil.

I hate it when people lie about not having isk when I see stories like these. I shall get 1 of my slots for war primed and ready for them when the time comes.

THIS POST IS OPEN ENDED AS TO WHO IT IS AIMED FOR IN TERMS OF RECIPIENT

Can you please clarify as to whether this is aimed at myself or othewise ?

FYI the dominix was owned by the VP CEO NOT Amann Nig'ra and I was charged with overwatch under promise for the VP tower. It was an asset needed for the task and I was handed it for the task and reacted accordingly to the situation I was presented with on the following EU morning seeing as no-one else was online, due to come online, and no intel STILL. The VP tower could not be reppered up on shield despite having reppered the betteries as much as possible while being distracted from chasing after people that were supposed to be giving help and support readily or at least communicating with the given means already available. I am not interested at being given an intel run down via voice or chat when I have to remember it from memory the following day or sort through chat logs to find what is needed.

The difference on wardec makes no odds to me and hurry up if this is the case as you are talking in terms of less than a month unless situation changes. I would prefer some assist offers for the corps im currently helping out instead unless you intend to be the aggressor as opposed to judge ??? I may be mistaken, but the reply is a little vague at this insane o'clock in my own TZ.

However, the effect in relation to the last line in PART 2 reduced my player income from circa 1.5-2 billion a month down to ratting levels due to association complications...... I simply wont associate with certain groups solely because of single individuals in them, if that drives my accounts out then so be it but I will change tact accordingly in future.

Amann Nig'ra is blameless in terms of an Eve player from my perspective and anyone saying otherwise has me against them regardless of his issue vs my bluntness. He put in the time to repper his CEO's tower without thought for how long he was going for on for on that long night. My own corp mate (CORFF was 2 RL ppl only ever) and Amann Nig'ra amongst a few other I firmly believe had the wool pulled over their eyes by at least one third party playing on the fact of my annoyance at having been forced into such a situation that I was faced with. The circumstances of being frozen out from intel for several days is thus an acceptable state to leave your caretaker of assets to stew in ???

Given the ease at which the members of Viral Pandemic abandoned their own CEO when faced with having to actually hunt me in order to get a fight on their own terms; not telling me until later was not really the news I wanted to hear when assets had been commited to J235759.

There are at least two other people with whom I do have issues currently and their names will not be mentioned. I don't like liars and users, and one character in particular I think of as scum who started out with heart in the right place but lost his way for some reason.

I find it extremely strange that in all this the Viral Pandemic CEO has never "re-appeared" or has asked me direct as to what happened. I kept screenshots BECAUSE the whole situation stank of a power sub-plot from one of the conglomerate members. I still dont have answers to this and under the circumstances am concerned about the VP CEO RL person as he is either the biggest liar I have ever met in game, OR is being used by a third party OR is dead or seriously ill IRL. Do you think that this is a nice set of options to be left with ? I honoured my end of the promise I pledged to him despite risking my own corp assets to do so. I certainly put in the time and have never asked for anything for it other than the team to work together for common long term goals that I was under the impression of being aimed for.

If you (ANYONE) are really willing to wardec me over all this C&P issue. Then please at least take the time to research what you are talking about as there is a lot of information other than a straight 1 vs 1 plaintiff/defendent. Amann Nig'ra is not the issue. Neither is my former corp mate who I flew with from beginning of the game (which actually quite hurts, but I am not changing anything now). Associations have been set and harsh words of truth spoken both ways.

I am having a great time with the last days of my accounts before they lapse with my own 50% share of CORFF assets made with long hours of grinding while doing my best to help many players. CORFF pub wiki has been shut down for now.....

*READ TOS, RESEARCH AND THINK FOR YOURSELF TO WORK OUT THE BLANKS IF YOU ACTUALLY GIVE A DAMN !

If this C&P issue really does make me a target then I am damned both ways.
FYI if you want to wardec me for fun then sure :)
I wont promise to play fair or interesting at all when it comes to PvP.

I can not word this more carefully and I can not say more than I am doing right here.
Frankly. I'm over a barrel, angry and I am very near not caring anymore.

I'm off to go early morning shopping o/

I got a bit of a lengthy reply it seems

@Cannibal, I did not lie when I said that I did not have the isk. Viral Pandemic was well off because Jess and Kyo were well off. I was not. I am literally a 6.5 mil SP player that is still trying to get basic skills to fly better ships. My shiniest ship is literally worth your war dec price. Had it been a few hundred mil or if Black refused to explain, I would have paid it to teach a thief a lesson, regardless of the cost of the domi itself.

@Black, when I contacted you a few weeks ago, it was more than a week and a half since the wormhole disaster. I at least saved 1.1 billion of our corp assets, but we lost pretty heavily too. It was only a few days ago that I recieved a reply, by that time I was in Exan. I was the only one really active in Viral Pandemic. I thought Jess had quit (Talked to him yesterday, he is only taking a bit of a break from the game and will be back soon). Kyo is our CEO, and he is busy training in the desert for a month and a half, hence why he hasn't been on. He should be back in the next few weeks or so. So the onus was on me to make sure we weren't getting screwed.

I never claimed the dominix was mine personally. I wanted it so I can give it back to Kyo, just like I am waiting for Jess to come back so I can give back his battleships. What I have done here was for Viral. Jess and Kyo taught me everything about the game that has gotten me this far. I am loyal to them, and I am not going to see them screwed.

In all honesty, this could have all been avoided in the first place if you said that the Dominix couldn't make it out without getting destroyed, and that you destroyed it. I would have understood, if not being completely happy about it. Instead you told me "no, you aren't getting it back", and then you block me from contacting you ingame or by message. What was I supposed to think? All I had to go on was we were out a Dominix in addition to our heavy losses, and you flat out telling me no and blocking me. Thank you for finally telling me what went on though, as well as posting the whole explanation of the wormhole debacle.

But now that you have finally told me what went on, it seems that cannibal's services are not needed.

One point about the brief war between our corps. We actually didn't lose when we got jumped by Dead Pod Society. We ended up killing a mega and a dominix for the loss of 2 bc. :) By the time we were gathered and ready to return, war was over lol
