Where do I begin. This is the ultimate alt character


Nearly perfect leadership skills (Only info and fleet at IV , rest at V) 12.2m SP
Near Perfect PI skills (CC and IP at V, rest at IV)
Can use 4 R&D agents, with all the best science skills at 4 for great passive income.
Can fly Loki and Tengu with all subs at V (minimal gun skills but that's not what this is for)
Cybernetics V so you can use mindlinks.
Infomorph IV so many jump clones available.
Can be in command ships easily by christmas.
About to start training BC, HAC, and Logi.
Full set of +4's plugged in.
Neural remap is available right away. Currently Per/Will map.
Clean corp history (never been out of SWA)
Has never claimed a certificate.

Will set a reserve of 9b.
