Apparently that account is already involved in a transfer.

Will contact buyer for exact completion time, and resend toon at that time.

The buyer did mention they sold a toon this morning, considering that toon was probably on the same account I'm going to give this a full 10 hours, and retry the transfer.

If I have not heard back by the buyer, or resolved this issue by 10:00 EST today, I will refund the 14B
and accept Zilla's 13b offer, if at that time Zilla is still interested in purchasing.
