Duality update problem

I'm trying to update duality for the mass test tonight.

I made a fresh copy of the TQ client and tried to update using sisilauncher, got the following error:

PackageUnavailableError: http://cdn1.eveonline.com/test/RepairData_263924.dat

To me it seems like it's trying to use the incorrect package.
