Before you decide to be the forum sheriff you should study the mechanic for charakter transfer

Brandkraft didn´t sold an ACCOUNT. X Zadok / xxLATVIANxx sent the ISK (for the charakter) and the ACCOUNT INFO (on which the character should be transfered)

I do believe that doing a character transfer in any location outside of the EvE Character Bazaar forums can be grounds for bans. For your sake, I hope they make an exception since you accidentally posted here.
