Every subsystem has an associated skill. If you lose a T3 ship, you will lose one level of your highest racial subsystem skill (if they're all at the same level, the game will pick one at random).

You will not lose a level from the Cruiser-skill, just from one of the subsystems, and they are rank 1.

ECM Modules that run on scripts so you can specify which faction you wish to target.

At the moment we have the multispectrum which is weaker than the focused and the 4 faction ECM modules, If I am on a ship that can carry say 4 ECM I can have one of each factions, but if there are say 2 mim ships in the battle I cannot target both, so having an ECM module that allows us to load and unload scripts based on the factions we are fighting would be really handy.

that way you have 4 ECM modules and you would carry 4 Caldari, 4 Minmatar, 4 Gallente and 4 Amarr scripts to throw in and use as you want. strength wise it woul dbe the same as the focused modules (or maybe a little less) but not as less as the multispectrum ones.

remove the chat window "blink."


Just make it highlight and stay lit to show new dialogue. The blinking can be annoying when I'm trying to do other things and select the window just to MAKE THE BLINKING STOP>

* Get rid of the clone updating.
* Get rid of non-stop-highsec ( pockets only )
* Stop fixed moongoo locations
* Reduce sov-grind timers
* Allow Fw / missioning / crime to influence sec status of system
( as in, no-go area for cops, or order restored )
* custom ship skins, i want my tiger-stripe-nyx , and willing to pay good money for that
( custom, as in, i want not pre-made, but a 'draw' option )
* i want less serieus cloths to pimp my toon, bring me a pimp cowboy hat and purple boa.
( even.. Allow player to make that, and sell it ? )

The ability to view contracts that have closed so you can research the feasibility of selling particular items in a particular place. I don't mean view my own contracts that have closed but the contracts of others.

Also make the ME and PE value of any contracts more easily obtainable without having to click on the contract to view it.

Tactical overlay should add D-scan cross hairs to the camera view when the scanner is open. With hash-marks showing the angle of the scan, your cone of scan vision.
Then you can better aim a 30 degree scan and know how many planets you will be picking up.

How about logical sorting (alphabet would be fine) of corp bookmark folders in the context menu?

This might be a fairly large proposal, but here goes:

Drone control UI MUST BE IMPROVED.

How should it be improved?

1) All ships with a drone bay are given a free bonus module called "drone bay".
2) This module uses ammunition in the form of drones. Drone types are loaded through a right-click interface or through drag and drop from the drone bay.
3) activation of the module causes drones to launch and engage selected target
4) deactivation should cause the drones to return and orbit. (or return to bay)

Not sure if this is possible programming wise, but I hope so. Right now to use drones is a real pain compared to using guns. Some times so much so that I don't even bother launching them when I have them.

In the great new UI:

There is a option: "always open in separate window", and that is good, but there is something missing!

Whenever I open the storage of anything, I need to open the "index" manually to scroll through the tabs of a corp hangar, access other labs/arrays nearby, and so on.

There are, ofc, people who prefer it the way it is, so there needs to be an option to choose from!

I hate to open it every fking time, especially as the way its animated makes it look like it laggs, hurts my eyes!!!

Add cap transfer drones.

There are shield / armor drones, combat drones, ewar drones, sentries, fighters, fighter-bombers. And even salvage drones will be there in 3 weeks. The only drones left to add to the game are capacitor transfer drones - please, add them.

On our Security Status page of our character sheets ((AGAIN WITH THE CHARACTER SHEETS MIKAILA!?!- uh YeaH))

we have columns for :
DATE ][ CHANGE ][ SUBJECT

but nothing for Location... there's even a column already parceled out for it with no heading- may we please have a location column to keep track of where our gains and transgressions occur. It would surely help when grinding up Sec, or for battle reports that may range through several systems. As any business owner knows it's all about location-Location -- LOCATION.

It picks the subsystem skill at random anyways. Not the highest, always random.

- Show us the fitting of the ship we are in at the screen where we see when we log in. Maybe the shield/armor/structure too.
- Everybody mentions this : 2 buttons for drones, which are "Lauch drones" and "Recall drones".
- Show the mining yield of gas harvesters/mining modules just like you show the damage of turrets.
- Show the dps of the launched drones, not the ones in our drone bay, when we have drones launched. I don't know how this works for carriers but I want to see the dps of my drones when I launched them. I want to see how much dps I lost when one of my drones die.
- Alert sounds for Ewar, or just being attacked by a player. Works well for people who incidentally tab out of Eve for a moment or two.

That's all I could think for now. Some of this stuff may be coming, or may be posted, but I got tired of reading after 4 pages Smile

dynamic system security status. do something like after a number of positive sec status characters get killed in said system. (eg, Niarja) the sec status will slowly deteriorate how ever after a number of Negative sec status characters gets blown up the security status of the system will slowly increase.

along with that, there might be a CONCORD outpost/beacon which people can warp to and pay isk to manualy raise the sec status of the system (how ever there will be a delay) adding a isk sink. null sec and wormhole space will be unaffected by this of course, but it can affect highsec/low sec space. allowing players to somewhat control system security status's and adding another dynamic to the game :D


Another thing we could have is something like allowing players to fly CONCORD ships (no uber devhax stats or anything. just small boost so its on par with most faction battleships) something like needing all the racials to 4-5 or something

What I am not happy with:

• Seeing so many targets in highsec that I can't shoot at.
• Wardec system is still pointless.
• Highsec stations are too overpowered.
• Not enough things for me to shoot at that are player controlled.
• POS's are too difficult to destroy for the amount of effort/resources needed to destroy them.

What i would like to see changed
1. Highsec stations should provide a default 20% wastage factor in manufacturing/research. Standings can cut that down to 15%
2. Introduce player controlled structures that do not require fuel and tower to online it.


Station Changes:
There is not enough risk associated with highsec stations for the services and security they provide to the players. the 20% wastage factor is used as a price ceiling to prevent modules/ships from going out of control. It also provides a reason for players to invest in industry that takes them outside of the stations.

Pos Changes:
Towers are such a pain but I'm not convinced they should be removed. What i suggest is the introduction of new structures that do not require towers to use. However the risk/reward will reflect their use. example:
- Shipyards:
• Does not have a wastage factor.
• Does not require fuel to use and does not have a RF feature as a pos would.
• Does require blueprints/materials to be dropped off inside the module to use.
• Has limited m3 space. So we are talking about 10 battleships worth of material.
• EHP should take a 5 - 10 man BC gang about 20-30min to kill.
• Can only be anchored on planets! (you'll see why keep reading on)

Dust Feature:
structures anchored on planets can be defended by defenses based on the planets surface. this feature is only available in lowsec and 0.0.

How is all this going to affect how we play EvE?

What i hope to achieve is to bring balance to the risk verses reward in game. I believe if you balance this you will bring more conflict, player interaction, and fun to the game. Wardecs in highsec need targets and a genuine reason to war over resources. 0.0 and lowsec need to be worth the risk/effort of going to for industry. PvP should have more stuff to shoot at as well as rewards for going through the effort of destroying a player owned structure. I would like to hear what the community has to say about my idea.
