[proposal] Add electronic parts to PI

Currently electronic parts are left out in the planetary interaction. These parts are needed to build tech II items and are still seeded as industrial goods. Please add them to PI just like the others.

It really seems like it should be a PI item.... I wonder why it is not?

In truth, the current price of electronic parts (< 1k isk) is very low for a tier 2 product, and it a bit high for a tier 1 product. At the same point in time, the market will adjust, so I don't see the need to keep it a purchase from NPC's type of item.
