Changes to module tooltips

Can we please turn off delay, or reduce it to something more .... imiditate? like 0.1 seconds?

I've posted this in the little things thread too - but reposting for this seems to be the actual thread about it.

When a turret or launcher is reloading, the only tooltip it will show is the number+name of the hardpoint. Once the reloading is done, the tooltip gets expanded with shells loaded/optimal range/etc. If you kept the tooltip open during reloading; this tooltip gets expanded down on top of your buttons. It'd be nice if it would expand upwards; or at least keep your controls fully visible.

I have not read all of the posts on the forum so i don't know if this has been mentioned.
A tooltip hoverover that shows the countdown time for the micro jump drive would be nice.
In fact any countdown indicator that shows you how much longer you have to wait before you can jump (without trying to activate the module) would be nice.
As it stands i think i will have to watch the stopwatch on my keyboard.

Could we get it so the combat notifications are movable similarly to how you can more your targets. Have like an anchor point to adjust were you see the notifications because for me I like to have them but they are kinda distracting being directly in front of me on the screen.

Can we please reduce timer or allow timer to be set by player? I for instance need instant or near instant tooltip.
