Can't extend account time...

Hi

I was away on holiday and can't extend my game account by 3 hours so I can add a plex to my account.

Have they removed the option?

A PLEX may be used as payment for game time by using the Add Game Time page in Account Management.

Select the 1 month then on the next tab you will select PLEX as the method of payment.

It will show you having 1 plex to use when you do as I suggested. I got this from the account management page.


Oh I read the fine print.

PLEX held as in-game items may be placed back in the redeeming system by right-clicking on them and selecting “Reverse Redeem”.

So you need to reverse redeem to do this.

No it won't you have to redeem it into Redeem items.
It might be possible to buy GTC on timecode bazaar and reactivate from that using an expired account, not sure. Otherwise, enjoy paying your $15

There's a lot of hate in this topic for some reason.

The hours for plex feature won't be there if you've used it recently (I think it's within the last year, but sometimes it shows back up sooner). If it's not there, you can petition and ask for them to manually grant it. If you don't activate a plex after the petition is granted, they probably won't make an exception again next time you ask.

hours for plex will always be there unless you used it before without activating your account.

If you've ever activated it before and NOT actually reupped the account, the option will be removed for you. Just put in a billing petition. Those get answered really fast. They'll activate the option in your Account Management. If you **** with them, they'll flag your account and never do it again.
