- Empire Incursions -

An invasion by Sansha Dudes that are some of the most difficult encounters in the game, presumably for rewards that are somewhat meaningful and to challenge players.

0.0 Incursions -

An absolute BLOCKADE to playing the game. There is no meaning in risking a fleet when grinding sov-based anomalies and complexes are easy to farm quickly. The constellation effectively becomes a "AVOID SYSTEM" state. And the players who are trapped in that constellation are effectively unable to play.

This 0.0 Incursion stuff makes the game pointless. CCP, have you noticed that in the 0.0 constellations where an incursion is happening, THAT NOBODY IS ******* LOGGING ON TO PLAY?! (unless to update skills)

"We have created a system and kept it in place for a long time, it is a good system, it is designed to make the game unplayable due to impossible encounters for 98% of players. This design is meant to disrupt entire alliances from maintaining their sov. If they wanted, they could field fleets to clear the incursions over the days it would take with little reward. Otherwise, the players will learn that with many of their POS structures losing fuel, shipments and manufacturing halted completely, and ratting and mining disabled, this is entirely as intended. We created this Incursion System in order to force players in a constellation to feel trapped, useless, and unable to play a game they are paying for with real money or plex. If they have a problem with this, then they should rethink living in 0.0 due to this completely random punishment that we had added to the game. We want players to be trapped and completely unable to use an entire constellation. We want entire alliances in 0.0 to be randomly selected to be disabled and lose their complete income, subjecting them to annihilation by their neighbors who are awaiting the incursion to be over. This is a very successful punishment system."

This is the message I am getting. I can understand an incursion in Empire, where its fun and stuff and people actually do them, but in 0.0 there is no meaning to even try. I ******* hate that for an entire week I cannot play this game and am effectively cut off from enjoying my usual hours of game time. You are unfortunately giving me ample days to play a multitude of other games, such as PlanetSide 2. You are effectively encouraging me to form an addiction with another game, because your game is utterly unplayable because of this incursion gamble.

Incursions were designed during an era when CCP was not listening to its player-base. You created Incursions when you were first learning the importance of listening to the player base. Remember? That time you were creating stupid and worthless features to the game that hurt the community, The push for the Captain's Quarter Expansion with a new currency you had to spend real money on (basically) in order to buy boots or an eye piece? Remember when you would push new expansions and ideas into the game despite the lack or need for them? Well this was one of those ideas!

Incursions in 0.0 need to be reworked or removed. You are hurting hundreds of players a month for absolutely no reason. This is not some game balancing feature,

I am sure if the incursion were to effect K5F-Z2 in your constellation in the region of Deklein, you would field an ample fleet to clear it all out so your pilots can get their Jew on.

Probably, yes. Deklein incursions have never lasted long when I've seen them.

that can only be the vision of highsec carebears. I wanna see you flying incursions, while every highsec rule and concord is out of order. Oh yeah most of you didn't even know that sansha's spawn at gates in 0.0. And that you only gain LP if you kill the mothership at the end. And the mothership only spawns if you do enough plex for very little money and very high risk...

The only reason to do incusions in 0.0 is the spawn of the mothership. But ppl that lifes in 0.0 do not want to fly incusions, else they would life in highsec. So the chance to get enough ppl is very very low. If these massive amount of ppl fly normal annomalies they earn more money.

To solve this you can rise the reward for flying incusions in 0.0 by 5 or 10. Else nobody would risk to be in an incursion while an enemy is jumping in the system. (remeber you earn with simple anno-grinding with localwatching about 50-100m per hour and character, most fly with two or more)
Or lower the amount of plex you have to fly to spawn the mom.
Or add an plex for capitals that combine the two point above.

We do not want to shoot red crosses, we want to kill other player and it does not matter if they have bounty on their head or not. Killing sansha's is boooooooooring, we kill only NPCs for new ships to kill other player.

This. Seriously, if someone was invading your space, would you first say, 'hey lets just let these guys sit here b/c some of us can make some extra easy money off of them'...not likely.

Also, OP, soon after incursions came out, some of them were gone and DONE, FINISHED in under 3 hours. how is 3 hours of no cyno's in your single constellation going to mean death to your whole alliance? If it does, then frankly, you don't deserve to hold the space anyways.
