Blue Screen crashing after 5-10minutes in-game

I've been having this intrusive issue for about two weeks which has been killing my gameplay experience slowly since then. So far I don't know whats causing it; So far I made my own research and it could be possibly linked to some sort of memory leak. The problem happens simply out of nowhere, my interface stops responding for 3 seconds, then goes into blue screen and restart the system, After loading up EVE symptoms can range from deleted settings and crashing in the login screen until I use the repair tool on safemode, I fear for my PC it won't stay alive for long if this keeps up.

Here are my specs:
Win 7 64-bit
Geforce 560 GTX
16gb of ram
Intel i7 3.4GHz

I figured it was something with the display settings that kept me crashing, optimized my settings for memory and the game hasn't crashed in about 10 hours so far of gameplay. But I'd like to know which setting in general could be causing this particular problem, could it be post processing? its a setting never heard of on any other game.
