BTW, this loan is mean to be used for S&Gs just to get his name in my wallet for a meta-game joke, so this will not be used in future loans as an actual loan that was "completed".

This is being made to protect Shaukren.

edit: We were planning a joke, but it's late, this would have been his first MD loan, and I really don't know him. Standard EvE skepticism. Better safe than sorry, so he called it off.

He was going to get a loan on his alt, some noob (alt?) was going to loan his alt the money, but the noob (alt?) was concerned about loaning money to an alt of a noob and changed his mind, noob of alt decided to call it a joke so nobody would laugh.

Since this got bumped again, I might as well explain the situation.

Some isk doubler was spamming a channel, but he wasn't just spamming his wares, he also engaged and chatted with people.

After a while, I just laughed from the drama he was starting.

I offered to use this char's reputation as collateral and have him transfer me 1bil isk and post a screenshot to the local group to have a good laugh about it. I would immediately return the money as I only wants to be able to post a SS and/or link my API to show he actually did.

I had no plans to convince people that he was legit, just to mess with them to say "haha, I got money from him". I really don't know if he was legit or not, some people were saying they got money from him and later turn around and say he didn't, then again chanage their minds. It was really quite comical.

Being that it was late at night when we thought about this and it was spur of the moment, the whole idea fell apart from concern of me being a scammer :P

Anyway, this was not meant to be a regular loan, just part of a joke. I'll leave it at that. I don't plan on bumping this post any more.

So basically risking whatever reputation you've got(Don't mean it to be offensive, I just don't really know of you nor your corp but it's apparant that you value it) to aid a scammer, and get nothing a gag out of it yourself?

I have to admit, brave. And as for your reputation, I'll admit you just amassed some. ;)

Your recovery now, is to actually make a legitimate business post, run with that for 2-4 weeks and then disappear for 3 months, so This is not the last thing people remember about you when you come back with this character.
