Why can't I see my portrait?

I see it works here but in the game I just see the generic black/white picture aka no picture. what gives?

clear your cache in the launcher?

Try clearing your cache through the launcher settings or in-game under "Reset Settings" in the menu

I see him as a silhouette too, so it isn't just his cache.

Thx guys for the answers, however no luck, still the same.

I've done everything you suggested here, including removing Eve folder with settings.

Well, maybe it will fix itself....

I had that on a new alt, fixed it by clearing the cache and remaking the portrait.

In hindsight my post should have had more psssshhhh
