TEST + Goonswarm trapped by Dec Shield!

because the level of organization required to get opportunistic kills on random wartargets is similar to that needed to discover the empire hauling alts of Goonswarm members with the ability to get enough numbers to suicide gank them at the drop of a hat

Tell me more about coordinating suicide ganks in a .9 system (Jita) with Tornados, on a station with a 85km docking radius and a 20 second invulnerability timer.

I'm under the distinct impression that Manifest Destiny. doesn't even have enough players online at any given time to pull a freighter gank off with legitimate engagement rights.

I get the impression the Inferno expansion (the war dec portion at least) has been pretty much nerfed out of existence, what with the changes to the ally system and now the introduction of the get out of jail free card for war decc'ing corps.

So, have I got this right?

Goons continue to declare war on anyone in high sec through various ganking activites as well as the odd war vs someone who would not be able to fight them directly, then we get tears when they get locked into a permanent war anyone can join via dec shield?

I would say this is 'working as intended?'

Next step bring on the ability to blockade hostile alliances from your corp buy/sell orders by standings.
