So which is it?

EvE constantly requires developers to come up with new content to keep the playerbase interested.

or

EvE is a sandbox where players create the content and the developers need to stay out of the way.

You vets confuse me.

It's not a problem with the game, it's his refusal to try something new (i.e. outside of hisec)

But tell me what I say isnt the true... I think most of my ideas are good ones.

Usually I find it difficult to give my support to anyone who has arbitrarily decided to hate me. Maybe part of the problem is your seeming refusal to associate with new people?

What part of "The South" don't you understand? What?

Good point, I didnt catch that lol

I have done low sec null sec and high sec. I just dont like blob fest cap BS because as stated I feel it requires little skill. Small gang on the other hand : ) yes winning. And I dont want more T3 just to have more content although I DO want it. I want to be able to customize **** the way i see it works best. And something to build towards instead of not even looking at what I am training.....as I do now..

It's called business. To hold on to more people, CCP needs to accommodate in a fashion that with keep new people playing. You talk about that char being 4 years old and so your main is even older....

You generate a new character and get tossed into the pond with everybody else and basically taught how to swim but then left exposed to the deep waters which is the EVE universe. Complete with sharks and all. "people should have been here from the beginning"......This game has been around long enough that the players starting up just finished learning to walk when it first came out.

So they start out and because of how the training in this game works and how long it takes (has anyone capped out every skill yet?) compared to how long this game has been out and how much of a factor skill levels make, new players got a greater uphill battle than the people who first started playing. Especially in a pvp environment so it is no wonder that most new players will favor high sec. This is a common problem with almost all mmo's and not just with EVE though EVE's mechanics is the worst for this.

But hey, if you don't like it, you are free to leave.

They should add
Tier 3 T2 BS and Tier 2 T2 BC
instead of shuffling around of powergrid on hurricane, swapping link bonuses on CS and other useless things like 'drone prophecy'. They even got a crapload of ship concept art made for them for free by the players in that contest, they could've made 50 new ships by now.

So join a NullSec group who do small gang roams and solo PVP?
Try and find something as a new goal for yourself, maybe be on the killmail for one of every ship in EVE? there is a goal worth aiming for and you get to use all of your SP with different ships and tactics.

If you're bored with nothing to do in the game then adding new higher skill ships is not going to change that, let's be honest any more "vet ships" are just going to be capital class ones, which are used in blobs in null... which you don't like...

Large portions of your post actually aren't completely unreasonable this time. If you could lose the ignorant sounding belligerence people might actually find themselves paying enough attention to agree with some of it.

However the section I quoted above is hilariously wrong (and it speaks volumes that you seem to actually believe this). Smile

Well to each their own views BUT i noticed you're a 2009 player.Being a 2004 player myself i still see a CRAP LOAD of stuff i need to train still.Stuff i use on a 'weekly' base as i tend to do all kinds of different things with this character - nullsec /trade / research / scanning / pve /pve etc etc - even yesterday i was doubting between 4 things i needed skilling to lvl5 and was unsure wich one had the most priority.

What i'm trying to say is if i have been playing allmost triplle as long as you have , still enjoying all kinds of aspects and learning/seeing new things on a regular base and you feel the game has nothing more to offer it could well be you just played the game long enough to not enjoy it any more.Wich is not the same as that it lacks content , it just lacks new stuff added on a 3 months base for example.

Eve is not about fast change as you should know by now , in eve you have to look for change yourself.Set new goals each time etc.I've gone back to npc null 3 months or so ago wich was a LONG time since i been there.Have done sov null a lot but as i hate blobs , political crap and usuall asshats thinking they are l33t with their 50000 kills yet the best thing they killed solo was a noob ship i found it was time to head to npc null again after having had a year break in empire doing some new pve stuff there.I found it to be refreshing joining a small null alliance again , having the occasional 1vs1 3vs2 and just helping the new guys out.Feels a bit like the old days when i first came to null.Just trying to create something even though you know per usuall eve it will all collapse at point X again as usually is with small alliances trying to set foot in null and then expanding.

And as allways it's good to have a break every now and then too .

As a vet I would rather see more improvements/overhaul to things like null and low then new crap to train for.

Maybe you forget your time as one yourself? Why hate? Sounds petty, to me. You should get a drink, take a pill, and chill the **** out. Maybe you just play way too much EVE and need a life?

I tend to find that people who call people "brah" have never actually removed one - we hear you about your alt, and we don't care - until you actually produce this epic elite main of yours, you'll be just as noob as the noobs you claim to hate Blink
