eve character appraiser says its only worth 6.6B am I missing something. just trying to figure out where the extra value comes from? Also not sure how up to date character appraiser is so sorry if I am way off.

Only just came back to eve after about a year break. Just was interested on why the big price difference Glad to know that the character appraiser is way off these days. Thanks.
