Neut procurer

so 1 day my friend was flying around in his procuerr and decieded to fit a neut to it,, then h e decided to make it a battal procurer so he could get on funy km's on our kb's,, this is th fit as folowws

high- small energy neutralizer II

mid- adaptive invulnerability field II
mid- adaptive invulnerability field II
mid- x5 prototype engine enervator
mid- warp scrambler II

low- damage control II
low- drone damage amplifier II

rig- medium core defense field extender
rig- medium core defense field extender
rig- medium core defense field extender

drones- hobgoblin II

i believe it will become teh standrad for all fleets one day,,, and will change the meta of the game

nice fit.

You can actually fit a hulk for over 200 DPS and still have over 20,000 EHP.

HULKS are still getting ganked, so it is a little easier if you are farming anti gank kill mails.

Considering blaster destroyers seem to be the most popular gank tool at the moment, 3 small smart bombs can actually hit them. added to the drone damage gets some really funny responses.

We were dubbed a Troll fleet (3x Procurers and a Battle Badger) but the Procurer puts up a surprisingly good fight for its cost and fitting slots. The locking range is a bit sad but you can easily snag Frigs if you work together, and the ones you can't reach you scare off with the drones (providing you have locked them first of course).

This would look nice in an ORE Storyline.

I brought one on a roam once
It died in a fire, but not before catching a few frigs

For it's price, I wouldn't use it except for bait, but if you can gank a daredevil/dramel with it, you can get some awesome tears

Now if only gunnery support skills could be used in conjunction with mining lasers for some degree of defensive fire on aggressive ships.
