I am looking to attain a character that I intend to use for piracy/low-sec work.
Security and NPC faction/corp standings does not matter to me (negative or positive).

I AM REQUIRING:
minmatar race
sub-capital pvp focus
40+ million skillpoint
positive wallet

I WOULD LIKE:
battlecruiser to level 5
DPS to tech 2 battleship
shield and armor tank to tech 2 battleship
great navigation
great electronics/engineering

I WOULD LIKE TO AVOID:
corp management / industry / planet management / social / trade / leadership / science skills

I would like to include Lic Misak in a trade, but willing to buy with isk only.

did you even read my post before replying?

maximus orealius is caldari based, under 40 mil sp requirement, poorly trained, and does not fly a tengu (tengu focused with cruiser 4 and one subsystem 2?).

sabrina noel is caldari/gallente based.

stop posting your characters on every WTB thread possible.

Posting to agree with Onyx you will not find what you want with that budget, maybe a poorly cross trained char with a bad mix of skills, but thats still pushing it at that price.

If you wish to change your budget I might have a char for you. Although only 36m sp, a very focused char.

I would beg to differ.

I have been involved in the character bazaar for a LONG time.
I have made more character transactions than you probably have million sp in your main character (unless you have over 250 mil sp...lol). If I can give consent to CCP, I would gladly back up my claim utilizing their investigative abilities.

Onyx Nyx is a well trained character, but it is a subcap only (no expensive skillbooks or implants mentioned/shown) with negative security status. Can not even fly a single BS yet.

Find and link a COMPLETED AND RECENT sales thread with a pirate subcap pilot going for a rate closer to Onyx Nyx's expectations. You won't find any. PERIOD.

My budget is not limited to 11 billion, as evident in my other WTB thread postings (some offers in excess of 30 billion). Those characters are to sit in my account as spares. Should give you an idea of my wallet status.

Drop your "I know character bazaar because I have done a few trades" bullshit.

If you look at the posts by Onyx Nyx:
I offered 11 bil.
Onyx Nyx states that "Surely you jest. That is what you pay for 20 million sp."

I know that your character is well-trained, but not blind to the fact that the character is a -9.xx pirate.

With the current situation with the character bazaar, I believe that you will get a buyer willing to pay above premium price for your character. However, it will not be me.

My last purchase (under 2 weeks ago) was for a 108 mil sp pvp character for 35 billion isk. That is slightly above the 300 mil per 1 mil sp. I do not see a reason to rush to buy a negative security, common, and less capable character for a higher rate.

There is a luxury to having certain budget and no real need for new characters. One gets to choose the purchase according to the value it presents.

The plex prices has risen dramatically, since inception. The price of the common character sales around hovering around 300-350 mil isk per 1 mil sp range atm. It hasn't changed greatly with respect to the changes in plex prices.

Do your research and present the findings here. Otherwise, STFU.

A person that trains a character as badly as you should be banned from posting in character bazaar.

In a 12 month span, the cost of plexes has risen by approxmiately 150 million isk each in Jita.
In the same period, how much did the price of character rise?
