Drone Bandwidth/Capacity Rig Idea

How about a rig that gives ships with out drone bays the ability to use drones and/or have it expand the current drone bay of a ship?

Small 5 Bandwidth 5 Capacity
T2 Small 5 Bandwidth 10 Capacity

Medium 10 Bandwidth 10 Capacity
T2 Medium 10 Bandwidth 20 Capacity

Large 25 Bandwidth 25 Capacity
T2 Large 25 Bandwidth 50 Capacity
