Change the Color of the Skill Queue Bar When Less Than 24 Hours Remains

Just glanced at the skill queue bar on the neocom, and thought that it would be nice if it changed from blue to yellow or something like that when there was less than 24 hours remaining. It might be helpful when training a long skill when you stop thinking about your skill queue for a long period of time.

When less than 24 hours remains on your queue, the bar turns yellow, so you can see at a glance that you need to put more skills in.

The exact colour might be debatable if you want to cater to various types of colour-blindness, but other than that detail, yes. That would indeed be handy.

indeed also a longer skill que would be nice

T3's need to be versatile so no rigs are necessary ... they should not have OP dps and tank

ABC's should be T2, remove drone assist, separate HAM's and Torps range, -3 HS for droneboats

Perhaps it should blink like the other menu items that require your attention. And one should be able to turn this blinking off.

I think it'd also be nice if you could have it send you an EVE mail or an e-mail when it reaches that point, so you can get the message without even logging in to EVE.
