Hours for PLEX...

Is this feature gone?


I looked on several of my accounts, ones that have never used it, and I don't have this feature anymore.


Could I be looking in the wrong area?

That's the thing. I'm not seeing it anymore. I've looked throughout the Account Management page, and it isn't there.

file a petition, they take it away sometimes.

If you have availed the hours for plex previously, and not applied a PLEX within the 4 hour time limit, then they take it away.

E.g. you ask for hours for PLEX, log in, get busy and forget, apply a PLEX 4.5 hours afterwards.

If you petition and ask really nicely, you'll get the option back. If you've been naughty, they may ask you to use another payment method.

Any colour you like.

This account has been inactive for nearly a year. I couldn't keep up with the amount of PLEX's I was needing per month, so I stopped it.

I've petitioned it, even this character, BinaryData, doesn't have it. I haven't used it since a year or so ago. Even my alt doesn't have it, and I've NEVER used it on him =/

I just turned into an egg, did I level up? I spent an hour trying to salvage a wreck, when in local a guy said "Stop it, this is my Tempest, I was AFK"

It's supposed to be in the Account Management section for your accounts. It's called "Hours for PLEX". You use this feature, and it gives you FREE 4 and a half hours to add a plex to your account.

Are you saying you can post on the forum with an inactive account? Otherwise why'd you need hours for plex?
