Although it is a common tactic to use to create a bidding war, it is obviously not the case in this situation (common sense). The OP states that an plausible bid of 27 bil (considering the 25 bil starting value) has been submitted online WITHOUT another person bidding in the auction. Bidding war requires multiple characters.

Rulox is a well spec'ed 99 mil sp CARRIER/MOM pilot and the 27 billion isk offer seems to be below the market value.

The bid is likely a valid offer from Noodles Mcduck.

P.S.
Not a fictional bid to bump thread as well, since the person has not bumped the original post date on 11/3/2012
