Requirements:

must be able to semi-reasonably fit and pilot:

Maelstrom
T2 welpcane (non negotiable)
Cov ops bomber
being able to pilot a Dictor would be a bonus

(if for some reason you can also fly a Tengu aswell thats a huge bonus but not necessary)
