Gang Link bonus reduction via Fleet size

I suggest a reducing bonus for gang links based on the number of squads/wings each boosting Wing/Fleet Commander has.

Think of the links as having bandwidth that gets increasingly taxed the larger the fleet it supports, thus lowering its efficiency. Ergo maxed out fleets receive marginal bonuses, while smaller ones receive the full benefits.

A booster in the Wing Commander position could provide full bonuses to a single squad (or two), but reductions come into play on the 3rd, 4th, and 5th squads. Same for Fleet Commanders providing bonuses to underlying Wings.

Oooh! And we could have a skill that reduces the reduction, like Fleet Command!

Why?

This would invalidate the pretty huge time investment the leadership skills represent, and for what? I spent a very long time training to FC V, I'd like that refunded if this were to happen :V
