Astrometric Support skills 4 or higher

Willing to consider options that have one or more maxed support skill(s) but lack Astrometric V.

Not exactly within your requirements but not too far off IMO. You can wait a while if you think you will get a better offer but I am doubtful that you will find a better character without a lot of waste that you will be expected to pay a premium for :)
