Possible Pulse Laser Nerf?

Not sure if this was just a bad case of luck or a glitch with the last patch, but when running "Worlds Collide" my medium pulse lasers would not track well enough to hit frigate class ships for a ****. All my weapon skills are 4 (tracking, fall off, etc) while the weapon class, advance training and weapons upgrades (both normal and advance) are at level 5. Has anyone experienced somehting similar?

Yes but there are ways to counter it. Use a MWD to put about 10-15km distance between you and the frigate and switch to medium range T1 ammo. That should do it.

I've had some odd desyncing problems recently, where I couldn't hit $hit with my imperial navy slicer, even though I was at optimal range, it would keep missing the frigates. I then approached the target, continually firing, then eventually it died, at the wreck appeared at 9km wtf! (my optimal was 5km) even though the overview showed the target at 4km or so away when I was attacking it.

Could you possibly be desynced too?

Pulses track badly..

I don't think this is a new thing.. They have always tracked badly..

A few patches ago they increased tracking on pulses something like 25%. I always had a hard time tracking frigates within 5k or so, but as noted above, if they are 10-15k + out, I rarely have a problem with my pulses.

There is a special Hell for people like that, Right next to child molestors, and people that talk in the theater. ~Firefly
