UI and overview colors

I have watched a video on youtube, person that was filming it had different colors for some things there
For example when you hover over a ship in space with cursor all information there is in white color, for me anyway. The guy in video had it orange and blue, and same was in dmg notifications

anybody knows how to do that with colors?

XML modifications. You are modifying eve files. Yet its adding colors.... but its modifying eve files..... but its just COLORS! This wont end well.
CCP wont explicitly say you can or cant. they will just direct you to the tos and you're on your own.

ahh, would be nice if they made it possible to change it in the overview settings
