As it turns out, Ron wasn't a Director. He nabbed a Carrier that had been floating there for a day or 2 on accident, then proceeded to empty the only other tower he had access to (12-14b).

In the larger scheme of things that's barely anything, but I can see why you'd get excited over it.

And I really loved that Vagabond you lost in Dodixie yesterday, quality stuff!
