PVP/E focus, only indy skills I have interest in is hauling.

T2 guns are a must.

Weapon Upgrades 5 is a must. In my opinion it's a stupid skill that I've trained in the past. Never again.

Gender doesn't matter, name does.

I'm not paying for Logistics skills, I want them, but they aren't important enough to me to pay for them.

My future plans include flying an Archon, Fenrir or Charon, and a stealth bomber. Bonus points if some prerequisites are met.

Leadership and social skills are cool, but not important.

Cybernetics 4 is ideal.

High grade slaves aren't going to make me buy you.

I'm not interested in a multi-race character unless it's solely for flying a non-Amarr industrial.

Must have access to all high sec systems.

I'm probably missing something I want to add, so the above may change.

In the interest of seeing as many toons as possible, I'm not going to state my budget.

Feel free to contact me in game.

I could be convinced to buy a Loki pilot instead.

I was convinced.
