Looking for small gang pvp corp

About me: 2005 char with 55mil sp - 99% of which is pvp skills, can fly pretty much all subcaps to a decent standard. Over 2000 kills recorded on evekill. I'm not looking to go -10 (again P ) so 0.0 pvp. EUTZ.

What I'm looking for is very specific.

Arrow Small gang pvp corp - if your idea of fun is blobbing someone your not the corp for me. I'm looking for challenging engagements.
Arrow Corp members not obsessed with falcon alts / ecm drones, gang boosters or logistics.
Arrow A corp that doesnt spend more time drooling over its killboard than playing. I personally believe killboards are near enough meaningless in their statistics as higher efficiencies normally indicate more risk aversion, a corp that is happy to die horribly if it means a good fight is far more appealing to me.
Arrow A corp that will try as hard as it can to engage a gang/pilot that visits if its in any way engagable regardless of if it means certain death.
Arrow A corp with variety and innovation - I don't want to be doing exactly the same thing in the same ships day in day out.
Arrow An active corp - I'm not worried if it has quite alot of noobs but don't wanna be logging on to nobody to chat to in corp. Also regular small gangs.
Arrow Based in a target rich environment.
Arrow I want to be seen to be engagable, so not interested in one of these "elite pvp" corps that pride themselves on making everyone dock up... I pity such corps....no fights for you....
Arrow No drama - it's a game and must be treated as such. No whiney kids.

Pirate Edit: I want to clarify what I'm not looking for due to confusion from recruiters. If your involved in sov warfare or part of a coalition I'm not interested, I want a corp that is about small gang pvp, not happens to do it now and then or theoretically likes the idea of it, but is the primary objective of the corp.

PVP pilots required for a progressive forward thinking pvp corporation which values teamwork professionalism and tactical superiority to achieve our goals.

If you join us you will not be safe anywhere. You will live or die by your actions.

We expect you to kill or be killed.

For those that survive a new future awaits in a profession and seasoned military outfit ready to take on all new Eden has to offer.

To achieve this we need PVP pilots with ability, future Fleet commanders/officers and progressive thinkers able to adapt.
Attitude is more important than skills so newer pilots with the right attitude are especially welcome. Training can be provided from some of the oldest players in the game.

We are presently based in empire/low sec atm as we have new players in training but later we have plans to do anything within our capabilities

My name is Kahn Ching i am the CEO of The Sarcastic Bastards. SCB is a 0.0 alliance that is trying to build a great Stealth Bomber fleet, why stealth bombers you may ask, they are fun and versitile in thier use. DTAP is looking for good guys. We prefer small gang, but not above jumping into coalition gangs when the opportunity exists for additional pew pew fun.

Still looking, is there any real small gang corps out there any more? (other than the few well known ones)
