Idea:
reduce the given bonus to 10% and the remove 50 of the calibration requirement, thereby allowing for 2 of these on exhumers (and possibly barges. haven't checked how many calibration points they have)

How will this improve the situation? It's actually better to have the bonuses concentrated in one rig as it gives you more freedom in rigging with other rigs.
