Where dem locator agents?!?!?

So... Is there an area that has the highest concentration of locator agents? For example... If I wanted to park an alt with great standings somewhere... where would he have the access to the most agents at once with the least amount of travel?

Anybody know? Thanks.

it would sure be a lot easier if those locator agents weren't so sneaky. a filter option in the agent finder would help a ton, no idea why it is not there. not like it is some form of secret information ...
