That's it. If you can sit in a rorq (or if it's only an inject away) and jump, I want your character. Post offers here, I'm ready to do this ASAP.

Budget is variable depending on the pilot, but know that I don't need any mining functions of the Rorq. Only the hull. This is for logistical purposes. With that in mind, I don't feel like dropping 12bil on something that can be accomplished with 7mil SP.
