Okay the current interface management is terribad.



In the corp window under role management there should be a list of titles.

In the role tab you have a button to add roles and there's a list of 10 default roles listen 1-10. A ceo can then add roles by clicking the button and it'll add roles 11+. A C.E.O. can then choose to delete the roles through the right click menu. Also, in the right click menu should be the option to "Edit role"

When the edit role button is pressed, there should be another window that opens. In this window are three boxes. The top box has the name which can be edited in this sub window as well. Under the name box should be 2 boxes that are right next to each other. In the left box should be the roles grantable. Each role type is listed under a folder that can be opened. So wallet has view and access. Each division has 2 roles; "view" and "take." The person who is editing the roles can drag and drop the role into the right side box named "roles granted." Then, on the bottom, there is a cancel and submit button.

When the submit button is pressed, the window closes and all changes are saved. If the name is changed, the name in the role list changes as well.

To add roles to somebody's roles, you right click and edit roles, like usual. And the same type of window comes up. At the top of the box there is a picture of the person who you're editing with their name under.
There should be a text box that you can type in that the directors or ceo can add a title for the member.

There's two folders in the left box named titles and grantable roles.

There you can drag and drop either a role title that you've customized, or a grantable 1 bit only role.

Corp Management sucks. Been needing an overhaul for a long time. Obvious issue ccp has overlooked for like 8 years now.
