The seller normaly will Accept bids made below his buyout offer.

if a buyout offer is met then theres normaly no issues just sending the isk to the seller as the buyout has been met.

seems you missed the boat on this are now trying to scupper the deal that was done many many hours ago

i myself would be kinda *****d buying that char with those sort of neg standings not been stated lol.
