Hi

I'm interested in purchasing a market alt character.

Requirements:

• Combination of trade / retail / etc skills such that he or she can have 150 open market orders
• Broker Relations IV
• Accounting IV
• Margin Trading III
• Security status > -2.0 (won't get CONCORD'd anywhere in space)
• Faction standings > -5.0 with Caldari, Amarr, Gallente, and Minmater (won't get shot by faction navies)
• Must be docked in high-security space OR have a good enough clone to hold all SP
• Nonnegative wallet balance

Nice to haves:

• Higher levels of the skills above
• Some hauler skills
• Good standings Caldari & Caldari Navy (if not, Gallente & Federation Navy -- this is to reduce broker fees)
