How is the reliability of the server? If it goes down for an X amount of time will there be a refund?

hi ,,,,, the server is Mon 24/7 by my phone and also my alliance uses one , i have had the server for 6 month now and it has not gone down ... other than me restarting it ...... which i will post in a channel for renters a time and date for a restart usaly every month and only lasts 1min 30 secounds
